Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

SMSX should be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom. We treat accessibility as part of building the product, not as an afterthought, and we work toward the widely used Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as a practical target.

What we do

• Semantic structure. Pages use real headings, landmarks, lists, and labelled controls so assistive technology can announce them correctly.
• Keyboard support. Interactive elements such as links, filters, and forms are reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
• Readable text. We aim for comfortable line length, spacing, and contrast, and layouts reflow cleanly when text is enlarged.
• Meaningful alternatives. Images that carry meaning are given descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Responsive design. The interface adapts to small screens and to different orientations without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

We are honest about the fact that no site is perfectly accessible at every moment. Some third-party embeds, live-updating message feeds, or newly added components may not yet meet our target in every case. Where we find a gap, we log it and work to close it. If something blocks you, we want to hear about it.

How to give feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier — a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, or content an assistive tool cannot announce — please tell us through Contact & Support. Include the page address, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and a short description of what went wrong. Specific reports help us reproduce and fix issues quickly.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is continuous, not a one-time certification. We review new pages and components as we ship them and revisit this statement as the site evolves. This document reflects our current approach and will be updated when our practices change.
